About Q Cables
Q Cables supplies cable solutions for projects in the Benelux and beyond: installation and underground cable from stock, or cable produced to your specification. We make sure the right cable is on site when the work starts. Our customers include installers, wholesalers, contractors, industrial companies and OEMs.
Q Cables, short for Quality Cables, was founded in 2022. A young, fast-growing company with a team that brings decades of experience in the cable industry: from sales and projects to purchasing and the warehouse. With our knowledge of the cable market we help businesses move forward and make the energy transition a little easier.
Whether you need 200 metres of YMvK tomorrow or a large volume of instrumentation cable in a few months, we are set up for both. We review the specification with you and find the type that fits. Cable from stock is cut to length and labelled where needed. If no standard cable fits, one is produced to your specification. And we can hold your cable in our warehouse until the site is ready for it. That is how we do more than just supply cable.

Our lead times are often the shortest in the market, and on-time delivery is the rule with us, not the exception. We know the standards in the Netherlands and Belgium, from NEN 1010 to the AREI, and we tell you when a specification does not add up.
We know that things do not always go to plan. If something does go wrong, we tell you straight away and work with you towards a good solution: we don't bury our heads in the sand. Of course, we do everything we can to prevent it, by choosing the right partners and keeping our processes tight.

The Team
People who live and breathe cable. Different roles, one team.
A cable specialist through and through. He knows a cable from conductor to outer sheath, and the standards that go with it. He built Q Cables the way he rates a good cable: solid on the inside, neat on the outside and made to last.
Seasoned in the cable industry, previously as branch manager and business developer, specialising in the Benelux renewables market. He can tell almost by instinct what cable a project needs, and he is usually right. He builds the relationships with the companies that make the energy transition happen.
Cuts, loads, counts and counts again, and has done it for so long that the drums know him by name. Jan makes sure that what sales promises is actually on the truck. Stock, logistics and everything in between: with Jan, everything has its place.
The man who minds the money. He keeps the figures the way a good joint seals a cable connection: watertight, so that a deal with us is a deal.
The youngest in cable years, but catching up like a good conductor: fast and without losses. He sits between your enquiry and production: he calculates, calls, orders and chases lead times. If a drum is at risk of arriving late, he takes it personally.
The man who can do it all. Handy Harry keeps the machines running and fixes whatever breaks. In the warehouse he measures, cuts and loads together with Jan, so every drum leaves with the right length and the right label.
